You can replace the mopping cloth if required, but it's not easy to take the mount off for washing manually. I've noticed that any carpet that the robot crosses will come into contact with the rough Velcro like fastener system on mount, which can cause abrasions.
The S8 Pro Ultra is equipped with a number clever features including support for Google Home and Amazon Alexa. The Roborock app lets you manage and configure these smart features. It also contains maps and advanced mopping options. The app lets you schedule cleanings and track battery life. You'll need to jump through a series of steps to activate voice control on this model. It's a shame considering how efficient it is otherwise.

The L20 Ultra robot is one of the most expensive models available. However, it has a number of characteristics that make it stand out. Smart DuoScrub is a brand new feature on its mops, uses two high-speed mop heads to scrub floors more thoroughly. It also has a suction force of 7,000Pa. This is significantly higher than that of the Roborock S8 Pro Ultra or Ecovacs Deebot T20 Omni, and it can vacuum up pet hair and small dirt particles in addition to removing spills and wet spots.
The mop mops are cleaned and dried at the base station every time they are used. This is beneficial because it prevents mould and unpleasant odours from accumulating in storage.
